Calls received after 4 pm will be returned the following business day.

We encourage you to register on our Patient Portal-MyChart to receive lab and test results quickly. Please contact our receptionist for information on how to set up your patient portal account. Our nurse will only call you after instruction by your physician if your lab results are abnormal. Otherwise the results will be on your patient portal.

Please contact your pharmacy and have them send an electronic refill request or fax the refill request to 501-588-1750. You should allow 7 days for prescription processing.
